Back Massage

My Approach

CW Bodyworks was developed to help our active community move better with less soreness and pain. People often ask 'who could benefit from massage therapy?' Everyone- athletes, construction workers, moms, hikers, first responders, teachers, the list is endless. Massage can help with overall health, relaxation, muscle tension, muscle imbalances and tightness, stress management, headaches, and pain relief. If you have never had a massage before, I encourage a consultation to discuss how we can help you. CW Bodyworks is conveniently located near the State College, Bellefonte, Pleasant Gap, Centre Hall, and Boalsburg communities.  Come in and let us help you move better!
